I grew up in the family business of real estate. As a young girl, watching my dad put his tie on every morning for work, I would start negotiating to get permission for all of the different activities I wanted to partake in that day. 

I learned a lot watching my dad – Leo Casper, stepmom, Cathy Casper, and my older sister Christina Slivkoff’-Casper  – as they worked in real estate, helping people buy and sell homes.

Networking & referral marketing has been number one in running our family real estate business, so naturally at a very young age I started collecting business cards of people I know like and trust and wanted to do business with and give referrals.

As a realtor, my passion for customer service combined with real estate, is the perfect way to share my talents. The practice of all around customer service and personal relations has been a way of life for me. When I became a realtor I knew I found my place in life.

I am born and raised in Oregon. I am connected to all the right trusted people in my community, as a active member of BNI – Salem Partners For Success, my Business International Networking Group, Retirement Connection and our Salem Chambers of Commerce. I can say with great confidence “I know someone who can help you.”

My clients always tell me they enjoy my enthusiasm and natural ability to communicate, motivate and coach. Working with Leo Casper and Brian White as my principal brokers makes me very powerful in the real estate market. I have learned how to negotiate and stay educated on contracts and real estate law.

My job as a realtor allows me to help people obtain the dream of home ownership, whether I am helping them sell their current home to relocate, or purchase their very first home!
